Madloch Property is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team at our new Goondoon Street office in Gladstone.

The Role

This is a portfolio-based property management position, giving you responsibility and ownership of your own allocated portfolio, while having the support of an established team around you.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with landlords and tenants, takes initiative and can confidently manage the day-to-day responsibilities of their portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own allocated portfolio of residential rental properties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit inspections
• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
• Ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation
• Providing proactive communication and exceptional customer service

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in residential property management
• Holds a current Queensland real estate registration or licence
• Has a current driver's licence
• Is organised, reliable and confident managing competing priorities
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Takes ownership of their work and follows things through
• Enjoys being part of a positive, hardworking team
