Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Property Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience within the property industry and is looking to take the next step in their career, or someone who is passionate about property and eager to develop into a successful Property Manager.

You may currently be working in real estate, property administration, tenancy services, customer service, or a related industry and are looking for an opportunity to grow your skills within a supportive and professional environment.

About the Role

Working alongside our experienced team, you will learn and develop all aspects of residential property management while supporting the successful management of our growing portfolio.

Your role will include:

• Building positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assisting with the management of residential properties and gradually taking ownership of your own portfolio.
• Conducting property inspections and preparing professional reports.
• Coordinating maintenance requests and communicating with tenants, owners, and trades to ensure properties are well maintained.
• Assisting with tenant enquiries, property viewings, applications, and tenancy documentation.
• Supporting tenancy processes including move-ins, renewals, and vacates.
• Completing accurate administration and maintaining detailed property records.
• Providing exceptional communication and service throughout the tenancy journey.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in the property industry, real estate, administration, customer service, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Is eager to learn and develop a career in property management.
• Has excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Is confident communicating with a variety of people.
• Is reliable, professional, and takes pride in their work.
• Has a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Can manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Enjoys being part of a successful team and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Previous experience with property management systems such as Palace, TPS, or Inspection Express/360 would be advantageous, however full training and support will be provided for the right person.

A current New Zealand driver’s licence is essential.
