Property Manager

A well-established client is seeking an Onsite Property Manager for a community in Anderson, SC. This is direct-hire, fully-onsite opportunity supporting a portfolio with strong occupancy and high resident demand.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day onsite operations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and external owners
• Coordinate and support showings and property inspections
• Partner closely with internal team members to maintain strong service, communication, and property standards
• Track and support performance goals tied to occupancy and rent delinquency

Requirements:

• Active Property Management License required
• Willing/able to use a personal vehicle for showings and inspections (mileage reimbursed)
• Experience with property management software is helpful; AppFolio experience is a plus

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary between $48-$50k + bonus opportunity
• Direct hire position
• Full-time schedule Mon - Fri, 8 - 5pm
