Property Manager

Overview

As a Property Manager, you’ll keep facilities safe, reliable, and ready for the people who use them. You’ll lead facilities maintenance teams, coordinate repairs and projects, and oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Your impact: By keeping essential systems operating and addressing maintenance needs promptly, you help occupants and teams use well-maintained, safe facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facilities maintenance, maintenance management, and industrial maintenance activities; assign work and supervise team performance.
• Coordinate HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance and repair, electrical systems work, and other mechanical systems repair.
• Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inspections, parts, and maintenance repair procedures.
• Plan maintenance projects, troubleshoot engineering and equipment issues, and interpret schematics, including those for programmable logic controllers.
• Apply safety regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements; document work and communicate priorities using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities management, facilities maintenance management, property or maintenance management, and managing facilities maintenance teams.
• Supervising experience, leadership, team management, and project management skills.
• Mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical experience, low voltage, and maintenance.
• Ability to use a voltmeter and ohmmeter and follow safe maintenance repair procedures.
• English communication skills and familiarity with OSHA, safety regulations, schematics, programmable logic controllers, CMMS, and Microsoft Office.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29.0 per week
