Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible Property Manager to oversee property operations, coordinate maintenance activities, manage tenant or owner inquiries, and ensure properties are maintained properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned properties.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repair activities.
• Handle tenant, owner, and customer inquiries.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor rental payments, dues, and property-related expenses where applicable.
• Maintain property records, agreements, and documentation.
• Address complaints and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of properties.
• Prepare regular property status and operational reports.
