Barfoot & Thompson Ellerslie is looking for a confident and capable Property Manager to join our team. You’ll manage your own portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and deliver the high level of service our customers expect.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in Property Management
• A positive, professional and organised approach
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• The ability to confidently manage a busy portfolio
• Strong written and spoken English
• A full, clean NZ Driver’s Licence
• Ideally, you’ll live reasonably centrally
• Availability to occasionally work a few hours on a Saturday morning
