Property Manager – Portfolio Based

We’re seeking a motivated Property Manager to join our growing team in a portfolio-based role, working within a supportive, team-oriented environment and backed by strong, hands-on management support.

This position is ideal for an experienced Property Manager looking for a positive and well-structured workplace. We will also consider the right candidate for a traineeship, with the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice completed on the job.

About the Role

• Managing a defined portfolio of residential properties
• Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
• Coordinating and following up maintenance and repairs
• Liaising with contractors and service providers
• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures
• Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Working closely with management and support staff for guidance and assistance

About You

Experienced Property Managers are strongly encouraged to apply; however, we are also open to candidates seeking a traineeship who have a genuine interest in building a career in property management. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and a team-first approach to your work.

 You’re someone who is willing to learn, open to guidance and support, and able to manage responsibilities effectively within a structured environment. With the right mindset and support from management, you’ll be motivated to deliver great service and grow within the role.

Must hold a current drivers licence

Cert4 in Real Estate Services - or be willing to undertake the course via traineeship
