What they need
We are seeking a proactive and Property Manager / Facilities Engineer to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of a building in Lekki. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is well-maintained, fully functional.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations maintainence of the building
Manage and supervise maintenance staff
Conduct routine inspections of the property
Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies
Manage service providers (cleaning, security, waste management, etc.)
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
OND/ HND in Building Tech, or a related field.
Ability to communicate
Lekki
Work Location: In person
Pay: Up to ₦150,000.00 per month
