The role will include...

• Managing a local well maintained portfolio(with thorough handover)
• Exit condition reports
• Managing maintenance
• Managing rent arrears
• Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
• Preparing and attending VCAT if/when required

• Generous salary of $90,000 plus super

• Monday - Friday
• Work from home 1 day per week!

Required

• Minimum 3 years experience managing a portfolio
• Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate
• Own reliable transport & valid driver's license
• Current Police Check
