• Landlord communication and reporting
• Ensuring your portfolio remains compliant and performing
• Working closely with leasing, sales and administration team

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Has previous residential Property Management experience
• Holds a Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Is confident managing a portfolio independently
• Has strong knowledge of ACT tenancy legislation and compliance
• Is highly organised and deadline-driven
• Communicates confidently with landlords, tenants and contractors
