The Opportunity

• Take ownership of a clean and well-maintained portfolio of 70 properties
• Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Manage maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews and day-to-day portfolio needs
• Provide support across the wider PM team when required

You’ll ideally have:

• 1–2 years’ Property Management experience
• Current Certificate of Registration (COR) or NSW Real Estate Licence
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A professional, proactive and approachable personality
