Property Manager - Portfolio Support

The Opportunity

Looking for a Property Management role with variety, flexibility and a better work-life balance? Join a well-established Eastern Suburbs real estate team in a unique Portfolio Support Property Manager position, where you'll provide coverage across multiple portfolios whenever team members are away or additional assistance is needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys working with landlords, keeping operations running smoothly and being the go-to person for the team.
With no leasing or accounts responsibilities, you'll be able to focus on property management, portfolio support and delivering excellent service.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing coverage across property management portfolios during staff leave and absences
• Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
• Reviewing rents and coordinating lease renewals
• Overseeing maintenance requests and coordinating contractors
• Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
• Managing keys and ensuring accurate records
• Assisting with general portfolio management and ad hoc tasks
• Supporting the team to ensure a seamless experience for landlords and tenants

About You
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who is adaptable, organised and confident managing landlord relationships.
You'll ideally have:

• Previous residential Property Management experience
• Experience communicating with landlords and managing their expectations
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to adapt quickly and work across different portfolios
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail

Experience with Property Tree is advantageous.
