What they need
We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Property Manager to join our team on a short-term contract basis until the end of 2026. Candidates with excellent performance during the contract period will be considered for conversion to a permanent position upon contract completion.
Job Description:
- Portfolio management exercise
- Participation in tender exercise
- Supervision of site staff
Job Requirements:
- Member of MHKIH/MCIH/Housing Managers Registration Board with experience in Public Rental Housing management in Hong Kong
- Proactive
- Experience in tendering would be an advantage
- Good command of oral & written English & Chinese
