Job Summary

Promote available properties, generate leads, conduct inspections, and support prospective occupants through the rental process.

Key Responsibilities

* Market and promote available properties to prospective occupants.

* Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.

* Schedule and conduct property inspections and viewings.

* Follow up on enquiries and support conversion to occupancy.

* Build relationships with individuals, agents, and corporate clients.

* Maintain accurate records of leads and inspections.

* Support the occupancy process from enquiry to move-in.

Requirements

* OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant field.

* 0–1 year experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or field marketing.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet targets.

* Familiarity with Lagos routes is an advantage.

* Basic social media marketing skills are a plus.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
