Property Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Property Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies for our property projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in property marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and analyse target customers, competitors, and market trends.
2. Support product positioning, pricing strategy, and property launch planning.
3. Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and lead generation activities.
4. Manage advertising budgets and monitor campaign performance.
5. Coordinate sales gallery, sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
6. Prepare and coordinate sales and marketing materials.
7. Manage relationships with property agencies, sales teams, and marketing partners.
8. Monitor leads, sales perfomance, and sales conversion rates.
9. Prepare marketing reports and provide recommendations based on campaign results.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Property or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in property development or real estate.
• Knowledge of property marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, and campaign management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
