Property Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily property operations;
• Manage and supervise security, cleaning, and landscaping services to ensure service quality;
• Prepare meetings;
• Coordinate maintenance and preventive works with relevant departments and service providers;
• Inspect property facilities and equipment, and maintain proper records;
• Handle emergency repairs and respond to unexpected incidents promptly;
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a secondary school education or above;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or facilities management related roles;
• With a valid Security Personnel License is highly preferred;
• Strong service mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
