What they need
Duties & Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above offered by local institutions.
Level 3 / Grade C or above HKDSEE / HKCEE, or Grade E or above in HKALE in Chinese Language is a must.
Property Management Practitioner Licence (T1 / T2) is required.
At least one year experience related to Property Management.
Working Location:
- Public Rental Housing: Ma On Shan & Tung Chung District
To carry out general duties of property management in Public Rental Housing.
Good command of both English and Chinese
Well versed in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skill
