Responsibilities:

• To execute and implement the pre-management work plan of new development
• To follow up owners' requests for repairs and maintenance works and to coordinate with contractors on the work progress
• To assist seniors to supervise the management agents for the daily management of different properties
• To provide quality customer services to our clients, including but not limited to handling inquiries & complaints, upkeeping sub-agents' & contractors' performances and etc..
• To handle ad-hoc assignment

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Real Estate/ Property Management, or other relevant disciplines
• Experienced in hi-end residential property management is preferred
• Member of HKIH/CIH or RPHM
• Experienced in pre-management work for new residential development is an advantage
• Well versed with the Deed of Mutual Covenant and the Building Management Ordinance
• Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD is preferred
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Immediately Available is highly preferred
