Property Officer

• Certificate / Diploma or above, preferably in property/ facility management or other relevant disciplines
• 1-3 years experience in Property/ Facility Management
• PMSA PMP (Tier 2) Licence holder
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing
• The successful candidate will be responsible for handling property/ facility management duties, customer service duties, general clerical and secretarial works, other ad hoc duties assigned by site manager, organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Incorporated Owners.
