PROPERTY OFFICER

PROPERTY OFFICER

(Work Location: Wan Chai)

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operational support and supervision for the management of a residential property
• Assist in handling resident's enquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor contractors' performance and ensure service quality standards are maintained
• Assist in organizing and supporting clubhouse events, activities, and resident engagement programs
• Prepare management reports and draft notices, correspondence to residents
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Property Management, Housing Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management, preferably in residential properties
• Holder of a Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 2) is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
