What you'll be doing?

• Manage day-to-day operations: Oversee and coordinate the smooth functioning of our properties, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants.
• Handle tenant interactions: Be the first point of contact for tenant queries, providing timely and professional solutions.
• Maintain property standards: Conduct inspections and ensure properties meet high standards of maintenance and compliance.
• Prepare documentation: Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and other related documents efficiently.
• Prepare reports: Generate insightful monthly reports on occupancy and operations to support management decisions.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Experience: Minimum 1 years in property or operations management.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with tenants and team members.
• Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.
• Technical proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office is required for document management and reporting.
• Mobility: Possess your own transport and be willing to travel between sites as needed.
