Prism Hotels is looking for a Property Performance Manager to drive operational excellence, optimize property performance, and enhance guest experience across our EU-aligned properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookings, pricing & overall property performance
Handle room availability, sold-out requests & room blocking
Track & publish inventory across properties
Process booking changes, cancellations & modifications
Manage email reservations & guest booking queries
Monitor pending payments & vendor payouts
Resolve guest issues before, during & after their stay
Handle escalations, refund requests & special requirements
Coordinate with property teams to ensure smooth operations
Train team members & improve daily operational workflows
Location: Gurgaon
Shift: German Time (CET)
