Property Portfolio Manager

This is a client-focused role dedicated to keeping our clients happy and their short-term rental properties well-maintained. As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties and working closely with our Operations, Guest Experience, and Maintenance teams to ensure every aspect of each property is cared for. Our ideal candidate is a strong team player who thrives in high-pressure situations, but can also work independently when navigating new challenges.

What you’ll be doing:

• Look after the properties in your portfolio like they are your own
• Make sure clients are happy and kept in the loop
• Identify risks and recurring issues, and resolve them promptly
• Coordinate with our various teams to keep properties looking awesome
• Handle monthly statements for your portfolio
• Monitor and optimise property performance
• Update and improve property listings
• Resolve any property issues quickly and efficiently
• Monitoring and approving expenses associated with your portfolio
• Work hard and be nice to people

• Experience in a client facing role (2+ yrs)

• You give a sh*t about clients, guests and colleagues
• Experience in hospitality or property is a plus
