What You’ll Do:

• Assist buyers and sellers throughout the property sales process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property viewings and market properties effectively
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Negotiate sales agreements professionally
• Stay informed on market trends and local property activity
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the Engel & Völkers brand

Requirements:

• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) - advantageous
• NQF4 qualification - advantageous
• Previous sales or real estate experience beneficial
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with a passion for property and people
• Reliable transport and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
