Company Overview

TerraGuard Home Maintenance Service LLC is a Dunwoody, Georgia-based property preservation and maintenance company. They specialize in compliance-grade field services for residential and commercial properties, mortgage servicers, and REO (Real Estate Owned) distressed assets. Their core scope includes property inspection and diagnosis, securing and boarding, lawn and grounds maintenance, debris removal, winterization, drywall, appliance servicing, and general repairs/renovations.

Duties

• Perform property preservation tasks including evictions, debris removal, securing windows and doors, winterization, lawn care, and minor repairs to maintain property condition
• Conduct detailed inspections to identify damages or maintenance needs and document findings accurately
• Ensure properties are compliant with local codes, ordinances, and safety standards through timely repairs and updates
• Coordinate with property owners, clients, and team members to schedule work and report progress regularly
• Utilize proper safety procedures while operating tools and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including photographs, reports, and logs for compliance purposes
• Assist in securing vacant properties by boarding up openings, installing locks, or other necessary measures

Experience

• Previous experience in property preservation like evictions, securing, initial secure, lock change, pressure test, winterization, boarding up, sales clean, debris removal, grass cut, bid request, general repairs cleaning is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of property preservation practices and preservation techniques
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and small equipment safely and effectively
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Proven ability to follow instructions precisely while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
• Valid driver’s license and own truck/van, trailer, and essential field tools (generator, lawn equipment, compressor, basic hand/power tools).
• Smartphone with active data plan and capability to upload photo streams for work order reporting to PPW.
• Active ABC/Aspen Grove background check registration (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation & Terms

Pay Structure: Per work order / fee schedule (based on scope: grass cuts, rekeys, trash-outs, winterization, repair bids). Our payment is NET7. We pay via Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo and Direct deposit.

Schedule: Flexible independent contractor schedule based on assigned work order volume.
