Property Pro Consultant

Join Property Pro Realty, a growing brokerage serving Bacolod City and Negros Occidental. We help Filipino families, locally and abroad, buy into pre-selling developments: house and lot, residential lots, condos, and memorial lots from reputable developers.

No prior sales or real estate background needed. New agents go through our online training program first, so you're already confident on process, documentation, and buyer questions before your first real client conversation.

Day to day, you'll:
Handle inbound and outbound conversations with interested buyers. Support them from initial inquiry all the way through reservation and document requirements. Attend a monthly Activation Day in person, where the team meets face to face and sharpens selling skills learned during online training.

We're looking for someone who:
Has completed at least 2nd year college. Is willing to complete online training before taking on client work. Communicates easily and follows up without being chased. Keeps client paperwork and requirements organized. Holds a bachelor's degree (a plus, though not required with relevant experience).

What's in it for you:
A "Finish First, Meet After" structure, so you learn the fundamentals online before jumping into client meetings. Real support from an active team rather than being left to figure things out solo. A flexible schedule you can build around your current commitments.

Interested applicants: apply through this posting. Our team will follow up by email with a short application form and next steps.
