Coordinating a wide range of initiatives including store refits, relocations, space changes, new store projects and disposal programmes.

Monitoring programme performance, budgets, timelines and key milestones, providing clear reporting and dashboards to stakeholders and senior leaders.

Managing governance processes, programme reviews and stakeholder meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are effectively communicated.

Driving improvements in programme management processes, reporting and data management through the use of technology and best practice.

Providing expert advice and insight as a member of the Property Leadership Team.

Working closely with commercial, operations and finance teams to support successful programme delivery across the estate.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

Strong leadership skills with experience developing and managing teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Experience with project governance, risk management, reporting and programme assurance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI or similar reporting and programme management tools.

It would be great if you also have

Experience working within a large retail estate or multi-site property environment.

A professional project or programme management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, MSP or equivalent.

Experience introducing process improvements and leveraging technology to improve reporting and programme performance.

Knowledge of retail property strategy, capital investment programmes and portfolio management.
