About the Role: Are you a dependable leader looking for a high-stability career in a recession-proof industry? We are a premier property restoration company in Buffalo seeking an organized, empathetic Team Lead to handle initial site visits and client communication.
No prior restoration or construction experience is required—we provide 100% of the training.
What You'll Do:
- Guide the Customer: Meet with homeowners during water or fire emergencies, explain our process, and provide peace of mind.
- Document Job Sites: Take room photos and complete 360-degree digital site scans using our user-friendly mobile software.
- Outline the Scope: Perform basic initial walkthroughs to identify affected areas and outline the cleanup plan.
- Lead On-Site Operations: Direct daily field crews, enforce quality standards, and ensure jobs stay on track.
Pay: $21.64 - $28.85 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
