Property Runner - Seasonal

Company Overview: We are a premier vacation rental management company specializing in renting out vacation properties for homeowners on a short-term basis in the West Dover, Wilmington, Stratton and Bromley areas. This particular territory will cover some West Dover, Wilmington, and Wardsboro

Basic Job Info: This position will be a seasonal position only from now-4/3/26. Expected weekly working hours can range in the expectations of approx 15-20 hours. Must have availability on the following days, with potential for other days as well:

Sunday 12pm-5pm or Monday 8:30am - 4pm

Fridays 8am- 3pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Property Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections before and after each guest's stay to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
• Service Coordination: Arrange for repairs and services as needed, maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
• Team Communication: Keep in regular contact with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Supply Delivery: Drop off necessary supplies at each property before and possibly during guest stays.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent at minimum.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
• Vehicle: 4x4 or AWD vehicle necessary for navigating winter conditions, snow tires pref.
• Smartphone: Required for communication and job-related tasks.
• Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
