PROPERTY SALES & CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE

Do you enjoy meeting new people and want a job where your hard work directly grows your pay? We're looking for a friendly, Mandarin-speaking go-getter to look after property buyers from China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, from the moment they land in Malaysia right up to getting their keys. You'll be their main point of contact, and you'll earn commission on every deal you help close.

What you'll be doing?

• Look after overseas clients from start to finish - pick them up, show them around projects, and help them all the way to booking and handover.
• Explain each project clearly - the price, the location, the rental returns, and the rules for foreign buyers (including MM2H when it applies).
• Walk buyers through the whole buying process, working together with developers, lawyers and bankers.
• Find the right properties for each client and put together simple comparisons to help them decide.
• Keep in touch with clients so they come back and refer their friends.
• Travel overseas now and then to join property fairs, seminars and roadshows.
• Handle the paperwork side too - booking forms, quotations, sales documents, and keeping client records up to date in our system.

Who we're looking for

• Speaks Mandarin well (a must) - you can chat, read and write comfortably with clients from China and Taiwan. Knowing Cantonese, English or Malay is a bonus.
• A fast learner who's happy to jump in - fresh grads with good people skills are welcome; a year or two in sales, property or customer service is a plus.
• Neat, friendly, and genuinely interested in property and investment.
• Good at selling and even better at following up and staying organised.
• Comfortable with paperwork and keeping things tidy and on track.
• Has own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Okay with working some weekends and public holidays when clients visit, and travelling overseas occasionally.
