Assist customers in finding suitable properties, provide professional consultation, and achieve sales targets through excellent customer service.

Job Description

• Attend to customer enquiries through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties based on customers' needs.
• Conduct property viewings and explain project features and pricing.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Assist buyers throughout the sales and documentation process.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Keep updated with the latest property market trends and project information.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess own transport is an advantage.
