Property Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s property projects while achieving assigned sales targets.
• Identify potential buyers, generate new leads and build strong relationships with prospects.
• Conduct property presentations, arrange site visits, handle negotiations and close sales.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, launches and other sales & promotional activities.
• Explore new market opportunities and expand the customer network.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Experienced candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Positive, driven and target-oriented personality.
• Willing to be based in Kluang, Batu Pahat or Grisek, Johor.
