Property Services Coordinator

About the role
We're looking for a Property Services Coordinator to handle the admin side of our Property Services team. This role is all about accuracy. You'll keep our reports, invoices, and records in order and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What you'll do

• Prepare and manage regular reports for the housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Check invoices for accuracy and cross-check them against our records
• Manage and reconcile receipts and expense records, keeping everything accurate and up to date
• Keep track of team inventory and make sure records are current
• Support day-to-day team admin and coordination

What we're looking for

• Extremely organized, with a strong eye for detail. This is the most important requirement for the role
• Someone who catches small errors and double-checks their own work
• Able to work with minimal guidance and follow through without being chased
• Quick to understand processes and pick up new ones
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in scheduling and coordination
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance is a plus
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals is an advantage

Working schedule
6 days per week, with 1 day off.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
