About the Role

DVAM Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Present suitable residential and commercial properties based on client requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate property information.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales or leasing process.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, property prices, new launches, and market trends.
• Promote and market available properties through approved company channels.
• Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales, call, lead-generation, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensure all required documents and procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and communities is an added advantage.
• Candidates with strong sales experience from other industries may also be considered.
