About Us
Property Pro Realty is a real estate brokerage based in Bacolod City, working with buyers across Negros Occidental and Filipino families overseas. We sell pre-selling projects from established developers, including house and lot units, residential lots, condominiums, and memorial lots.

Who Can Apply
You don't need sales or real estate experience to start. Every new agent completes our online training program before handling any clients. By the time you talk to your first buyer, you'll already know the process, the paperwork, and how to answer the questions buyers usually ask.

What the Work Looks Like

• Talking with buyers who reach out to us, and reaching out to potential buyers yourself
• Guiding clients from their first inquiry through reservation and submission of requirements

What We're Looking For

• At least 2nd year college completed (a bachelor's degree is an advantage, but relevant experience can make up for it)
• Willingness to finish the online training before starting client work
• Comfort talking to people and the habit of following up on your own
• Good organization when it comes to client documents and requirements
