What they need
We are looking for interested individuals with at least 72units in college interested to apply for the position
The starting salary ranges from ₱20,000 to ₱25,000 per month, depending on your experience. Salaries are released twice monthly (every 10th and 25th).
Your earnings grow with performance: each closed sale increases your base salary by ₱3,000, with consistent progression opening opportunities for a Managerial role.
In addition, you’ll receive a 3% sales commission—which can be very rewarding on high-value transactions. For example, closing a ₱100M property would earn you ₱3,000,000 in commission.
