PROPERTY SUPERVISOR AND MARKETING

BPV MANAGEMENT AND PROPERTIES

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.

2.Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenant issues are

addressed.

3.Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and tenants for maintenance and repairs.

4.Assist in collecting rental payments and preparing monthly reports.

5.Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote property listings.

6.Handle enquiries from potential tenants/buyers and arrange property viewings.

7.Maintain good relationships with tenants and owners.

REQUIREMENT:

1.Minimum Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing or related field.

2.1–2 years of working experience in property management or marketing.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Able to work independently and handle multiple properties.

5.Possess own transport and willing to travel to site locations.
