PROPERTY SUPERVISOR

A property supervisor oversees a portfolio of real estate assets, managing on-site property managers, maintenance personnel, and daily operations to ensure properties stay profitable, well-maintained, and legally compliant.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Tiangge, parking areas and other rental spaces.
• Monitor in occupied and vacant stalls, parking slots, and other leasable space.
• Ensure that tenants follow the approved house rules and operating procedures.
• Address tenant concerns and refer unresolved issues to the Property Administrator
• Monitor the monthly collection of stall rentals, parking fees and other leasable space.
• Ensure that all cash and check collections are deposited on time, with proper documentation and deposit slips.
• Supervise and ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of all stalls, common areas, and parking areas throughout the property.
• Promote available stalls, parking spaces, and other leasable space.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities related to supervisory position as may be assigned by Management.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any 4 years course
• Experience: commercial property management experience, including supervisory roles.
• Skills: Strong leadership, financial reporting, conflict resolution, and proficiency in property management software (such as Yardi or MRI).
