Property Systems Lead

We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Property Systems Lead to head up the administration, adoption and improvement of our business systems, including Vault (our CRM) and customer engagement platforms.

This is a hands-on role focused on supporting users, improving processes, delivering training and helping our teams get the most from the technology they use every day. As our systems evolve, you'll also play a key role in automation, reporting, AI-enabled solutions and business improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Own and support Vault and our property related systems
• Deliver user training and onboarding
• Improve system adoption and data quality
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Develop training resources
• Work with software providers and internal stakeholders
• Support reporting, customer engagement and growth initiatives

What you'll bring

• Experience with CRM or business systems administration
• Strong communication and training skills
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience improving processes and supporting users
• Confidence working across multiple teams and stakeholders

Experience with Vault, Property Suite, property technology platforms, automation tools or AI-enabled workflows would be an advantage.
