Property Telemarketer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and target-driven Property Telemarketer to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our property services, generating leads, and arranging appointments for our property negotiators. This is an office-based position with a basic salary and attractive commission structure, providing an opportunity to earn additional income based on your performance.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospective property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Introduce the company's property services and understand customers' property needs.
• Generate quality leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Arrange appointments for property negotiators to follow up with interested customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up activities in the company's system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Work closely with property negotiators and the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Perform other duties related to telemarketing and lead generation as assigned by the management.

About you

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in making outbound calls and communicating with different types of customers.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or the property industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
