Property/Facility Supervisor

*JOB VACANCY: ESTATE SURVEYOR / PROPERTY & FACILITY MANAGER*

*Location:* Sapphire Garden, Lekki-Epe Road, Awoyaya, Lagos

*Gross Salary:* ₦300,000 – ₦350,000

*Experience:* 3–5 years

*Paul Osaji & Co* . is seeking a competent and experienced Estate Surveyor / Property & Facility Manager to oversee the effective management, maintenance, and administration of Sapphire Garden, a residential property located along Lekki-Epe Road, Awoyaya.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the property and its facilities.
• Ensure proper maintenance, functionality, safety, and cleanliness of the property.
• Manage tenants, occupants, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular property inspections and promptly address maintenance issues.
• Supervise facility staff and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor facility expenses, utilities, and other property-related costs.
• Handle tenant/occupant complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of property operations, maintenance activities, and expenditures.
• Prepare periodic property management and facility performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant property, health, safety, and facility management standards.
• Implement strategies to enhance property value, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Estate Management, Estate Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Must be a qualified and registered Estate Surveyor with relevant professional certification/membership.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in property management, facility management, or estate management.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, facility maintenance, tenancy administration, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise personnel and coordinate multiple service providers effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant property/facility management tools is an advantage.

*IMPORTANT LOCATION REQUIREMENT*

The successful candidate must reside within reasonable proximity to Sapphire Garden, Awoyaya, along the Lekki-Epe Road, due to the operational demands of the role and the need for effective oversight of the property.
