Proposal and Estimation - Document Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all tender-related documents, RFQs, ITTs, technical specifications, drawings, and client correspondence.
• Register, track, and distribute tender documents to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams for collection of bid inputs.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposal submissions.
• Ensure document numbering, revision control, formatting, and compliance with client requirements.
• Maintain tender logs, submission trackers, and proposal databases.
• Monitor submission deadlines and ensure timely tender submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of prequalification and vendor registration documents.
• Archive awarded and non-awarded tender records for future reference.
• Support cost estimation and proposal teams with document management and bid administration activities.
• Prepare management reports on tender status and documentation progress.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Tendering, Proposal Coordination, or Document Control within Oil & Gas, EPC, Maintenance, or Industrial Services.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, EDMS, and tender portals.
• Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
