Proposal and Estimation-Engr

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze RFQs, ITTs, EPC tender documents, and client specifications.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals for valves, rotating equipment, static equipment, maintenance services, shutdowns, and project-related opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and OEMs for technical and commercial inputs.
• Conduct scope reviews, bid clarifications, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
• Prepare cost estimates, pricing models, and commercial evaluations.
• Develop proposal schedules and ensure timely submission of bids.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, client discussions, and technical clarification meetings.
• Maintain tender logs, bid records, and proposal databases.
• Support contract negotiations and handover of awarded projects to execution teams.
• Identify new EPC and project opportunities and support business development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

3-5 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, or Proposal Engineering within Oil & Gas, Energy, or EPC environments.

• Strong understanding of valves, rotating equipment, static equipment, maintenance services, and industrial projects.
• Experience with major EPC contractors and end-users in the GCC region is preferred.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, commercial analysis, and proposal preparation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Autocad is also an added advantage.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
