Job Purpose:

Assist in preparing proposals, commercial documents, and supporting the sales team during client discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ERPNext proposals using standard templates.

• Assist in creating scope and commercial documents.

• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for proposal inputs.

• Maintain proposal records and documentation.

• Follow up with clients for proposal feedback.

• Support contract and agreement documentation.

• Track proposal status and closure updates.

• Learn pricing and negotiation processes.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Documentation and presentation skills.

• Basic business and commercial understanding.

• MS Office proficiency.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
