Proposal Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposal drawings, GA drawings and preliminary layouts for PEB projects.
• Develop accurate drawings based on client requirements, architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare roof, wall, elevation, cross-section and other relevant proposal details.
• Coordinate with the Proposal, Design and Sales teams to incorporate technical requirements.
• Ensure drawings are prepared as per PEB standards, company guidelines and project requirements.
• Make revisions and modifications based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
• Maintain accuracy, drawing standards and timely submission of proposals.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Good understanding of PEB structures, GA drawings and basic structural concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings.
• Knowledge of Tekla Structures will be an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
