Proposal Engineer - Agitator Division

Role & responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and process needs related to agitation and mixing.
• Design and select appropriate agitator configurations, including impellers, shafts, motors, gearboxes, and seals.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Support the sales team in technical discussions and presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in proposal engineering, preferably in agitators or rotating equipment.
• Good knowledge of mixing theory, fluid mechanics, and mechanical design.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Sales-oriented approach with a strategic mindset.
