Proposal Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Review EPC tenders, drawings, and scope of work.
• Prepare GO/NO-GO (Tender Synopsis) in coordination with the Proposal Manager.
• Identify tender opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve tender-related queries.
• Review and assist in EPC tenders for Oil & Gas projects.
• Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Quality, HSE, and Procurement teams for technical and commercial inputs.
• Prepare BOQs and material quantity take-offs from tender drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for quotations and pricing.
• Identify tender requirements such as tender bonds, insurance, penalties, and bonus clauses.
• Prepare preliminary risk registers, estimate manpower and equipment requirements.
• Compile technical and commercial bid submissions.
• Maintain ISO documentation and records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, estimation, BOQ preparation, and bid coordination.
• Experience in handling multidisciplinary EPC proposals will be preferred.
