Proposal Engineer

Job Summary

The Proposal Engineer is responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for spare parts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), long-term service agreements for Gas engine-based power plants. The role involves reviewing customer requirements, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review enquiries, RFQs, tenders and customer technical specifications.
• Understanding and discussing various requirements with reporting seniors
• Develop commercial quotations and cost estimates.
• Maintain proposal records and pricing database.

Required Qualifications

• HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in proposal engineering.
• Experience in power generation or industrial equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₦450,000.00 - ₦550,000.00 per month
