About Us

CCSP (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is an international company specializing in one-stop solutions for cement plants. As part of our localization efforts in Thailand, we are looking for a Proposal Engineer to support our growing operations. This role is essential in preparing and submitting high-quality proposals that align with client needs and company standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-national environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client inquiries to determine project requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams, including process design and E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) teams, to develop comprehensive proposals.
• Prepare and refine technical documents such as equipment flow sheets, layouts, and general arrangement drawings.
• Ensure proposals are submitted on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Communicate with clients to clarify technical requirements and respond to feedback.
• Assist the marketing team with proposal follow-ups and contract preparations.
• Support the transition of awarded projects by coordinating handover processes with the project management team.
• Conduct site visits and attend meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (MUST).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Project.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-national environment and travel when necessary.
