We're Hiring: Proposal Engineer
German Steel Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Proposal Engineer to join our growing team in Ajman, UAE.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Proposal Engineer in the Steel Fabrication Industry
- Strong experience in structural steel estimation, proposal preparation, and tender documentation
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAP2000
- Hands-on experience with Tekla Structures
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred
